| Details: | The contact phone number listed is for Delta Water Systems. Delta Water systems is assisting with maintenance and operations at this system. I checked in with Mel regarding the outstanding deficiency from the water survey conducted on 2/23/2024; a hatch for a concrete reservoir was not locked/secured. Mel had been on-site for the survey and clarified that the concrete reservoir was a clear-well, and that it was now secured in a locked shed. There is also a steel water reservoir on the property, which should be secured if in use, but Mel confirmed that this tank is not in use/will not be used. |
