| Details: | An anonymous resident called me saying that she has been experiencing potential arsenic poisoning symptoms (discoloration of the skin, white lines appearing on fingernails, and some hair loss). I called the owner and left a voicemail regarding the complaint. SDWIS does not show any arsenic test result. I traveled to the Inn and collected an arsenic sample from the entry point. I followed this up with an email to the owner stating the nature of the complaint call and my collection of an arsenic sample. | ||
