| Details: | A concerned customer called in about high chlorine levels in the finished water at the public water system. They indicated they had the water tested and the fee chlorine residual was as high a 3 mg/L at times. The customer wanted to verify the chlorine residual was being proper monitored and hoped it could be reduced. I have reached out to the water system contact to verify the water system operator is properly operating and monitoring the chlorine dosages. Next steps pending water system response. | ||
