| Details: | Contacted Jai-young to inform them that their Nitrate sample was shown to be greater than 50% of the MCL. The current MCL is 10 mg/L and their sample was detected at 7.8 mg/L. This requires them to begin quarterly sampling for nitrate. The next quarter being April 1 to June 30, they will need to submit the next sample during this time frame. After 4 quarters of nitrate samples have been submitted, we will review results. If all results are below 50% of the MCL, they may return to annual nitrate monitoring. A request for nitrate monitoring increase was sent to compliance email. | ||
