| Details: | Calvary Corvallis was reclassified from a TNC to a NTNC based on a significant increase in population. Matt missed the first six month sample round for LCR testing that was due 12/31/24. He is aware that the schedule for LCR testing is now between 1/1/25 - 6/30/25 and another round between 7/1/25-12/31/25. We also discussed that due to a population over 100 that 10 samples are required by rule. |
