| Details: | I attempted to contact the operator by phone, but their phone does not have voicemail set up. I sent the operator an email listing oustanding deficiencies, and asking them to confirm if they've corrected them or not. I offered to send the operator templates for O&M manual or the coliform sampling plan in the email. |
