| Details: | Mailed the water system a letter stating the following: February 18, 2025 Cove Christian Camp, PWS ID 41095073 N.W. Association Of Christian Churches PO BOX 3352 La Grande OR 97850 RE: Violation Given to this Water System Dear Cove Christian Camp, The water system for Cove Christian Camp was recently cited with a violation by the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program for not reporting an annual Nitrate water sample in 2024. To return-to-compliance (RTC) this violation, please provide a 2025 Nitrate sample as soon as reasonably possible. Because of the Nitrate violation, you must provide a tier 3 public notice to the people this water system serves, I recommend posting it on the bulletin board outside the main building. I have enclosed a template copy of the tier 3 public notice. Please follow the instructions on the template.
