| Details: | Contacted Tom Carey about the following issues: 1. Two years of nitrate samples are missing for this system. The nitrate violations will be removed once nitrate sample has been turned into the State. That would remove 10 pts. 2. Their source sample was mislabeled as a routine sample. They could have the lab correct that, however the State would still consider it late. My advise was to take another source sample and make sure the sample is labeled AS instead of RT and from SRC-AA not DIST-A. 3. Discussed need to sample monthly for routine coliform. A violation was issued for neglecting to sample for routine coliform for January. Once they get a monthly coliform sample submitted the violation for January will be return to compliance. |
