| Details: | Spoke by phone to Ms Fauser, she explained that she was physically remote from the subject water system, but would help relay important information to the on-site manager for the pws property (or perhaps the owner). I explained the following details which she agreed to provide to the pws manager: 1. Immediately collect a source sample. 2. Immediately collect 3 repeat samples (one from the same site used earlier in the week + one upstream within a couple connections + one down stream within a couple of connections) 3. If any repeat samples show coliform present please call coos health for instruction 4. Plan to collect 3 temporary routine samples within the month of February 2019. |
