| Details: | The EP-C Grabhorn ASR Well was not in use or sending water to the DIST in 2024. This is confirmed by the "offline" designation on the LCR reports submitted for this EP and ongoing email communications with the system since May of 2024. DWS Staff request a waiver for the 2024 annual nitrate sampling requirement for EP-C Grabhorn ASR Well. This request was submitted via email (11/14/24 and 12/31/24).
