| Details: | Left a voicemail notifying the system of the recent Arsenic test over the MCL. I recommended they check/maintain their treatment system for Arsenic and then perform another test to make sure that the issue is addressed. I also reminded the system that they are on quarterly testing for Arsenic, and that they should address the issue in the near future to avoid their running annual average (RAA) exceeding the MCL. I left my cell phone number for followup. | ||
