| Details: | The operator sent an email detailing the issuance of a boil water notice due to a failure of the chlorination system on this water system (injection pump failure.) The BWN was in place from 3/2/2022 through 3/9/2022. The BWN was lifted once the injection pump was repaired and chlorine levels returned to satisfactory levels (0.20 ppm or greater.) A copy of the BWN delivered to customers was never sent to this office. | ||
