| Details: | After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach the system by phone, text and email, an ODA inspector visited the system. The inspector explained the violation for not taking the triggered source sample and three repeats after the total coliform positive on the January routine sample. The inspector walked the system through a level 1 investigation and forwarded a copy to this regulator. After review, I sent the investigation to DW Compliance. Contact information has been updated for the system. |
