| Details: | I spoke with Calven Shulda re notification of the violation in monitoring for Stage 2 DBP. Informed him that the 2018 sample collected at IDSE #3 was to have been collected at IDSE site #2. Mr. Shulda is seeking clarification with the State prior to collecting the sample in March 2019, due to HAA5 concentration at the IDSE#3 site in the past. | ||
