| Details: | Contacted the water operator and discussed that triggered samples need to be taken at any source that was active at the time the routine samples were collected. Since there are two positive routine samples, a Level 2 investigation will be generated. Since this is the third investigation within a 12 month rolling period, I informed the operator that residual chlorination will be required in accordance with OAR 333-061- 0078(2)(a)(A) or (B) or (2)(b)(A) |
