| Details: | John Shepherd from Shepherdsfield called regarding this OVS. He was wondering why he got a $75 annual water system fee and why he was now sampling 4/yr. We reviewed his use and population which was originally 12.5 people per day/yr. They changed their model and no longer hold Sunday services but do hold approximately 27 weddings per year. Even if not a PWS, he would have to take several coliform samples per year for the public events, so remaining a OVS makes sense. He is currently on qtrly sampling due to a TC+ November 2023, but has taken 3 qtrs since. If he gets in 5 more (total of 8) on-time absent quarterly coliform samples he can go back to 1 sample/yr. He will send in $75 annual fee and DWS will waive $25 late fee. |
