| Details: | I entered the Nitrate testing deficiency correction and e-mailed the operator with the remaining corrections needed: coliform sampling plan, operations manual and deadline of June 5th. Addendum same day:The operator called because he recieved a yellow violation card. I confirmed no outstanding posted violations and the missing 2024 nitrate test corrected and I confirmed the deadline for the deficiency corrections. |
