| Details: | I spoke with Gene Ramey regarding notification of the violation in monitoring for DBP, informing him that the sample was taken from Site N when it should have been drawn from Space #20. Mr. Ramey stated he would check with his park manager to see why this error was made. I also asked Mr. Ramey if the hole in the well casing, which appeared as a major deficiency in the report of the May 24, 2018 Sanitary Survey, was repaired. The date this deficiency was to be corrected was January 30, 2019. Mr. Ramey stated he did not know if the repair has been made, but will ask his park manager when he calls about the sampling error. |
