Details:	Discussed testing coliform and nitrate to correct violations then return to regular schedules. I provided website for approved labs via e-mail and instructions going forward. There are currently 3 occupied residences on the system. One additional residence is not occupied and its future is undetermined. If the 4rth residence is removed, the operator is aware the OVS status can be removed.
