Details: | Gary Mathis emailed the corrective action plan on 2-21-25, which was due on 2-24-25. 1) At the time of the survey, the highest certified operator was a WT2. Since the survey WT2 certified operator Gary Mathis did obtain his Filtration Endorsement (FE) and this deficiency was considered resolved as of 12/-26-24. 2) The calendar year 2024 cross connection control annual summary report was submitted 1-16-25 showing 95% of BF devices were tested. 3) Quarterly turbidity profiles required for conventional and direct filtration systems was started 1st quarter 2025. 4) They signed a scope of work for a new SCADA system with their engineers from 5/2024. Civil West is currently designing the new SCADA which will include alarms and automatic shutoffs for low chlorine residuals and high turbidity. The new SCADA is estimated to be installed by December 2026. They do not run the water plant unless there is an operator present. 5) They are working with Civil West to get on their schedule to complete a tracer study, anticipated to be completed by December 2025. 6) They started measuring the turbidity after the tube settlers before filtration when the water plant is running. |
