| Details: | A new operator in Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) is needed for Sheridan as per a phone call with Gary Mathis (former DRC) on 2-26-25. Gary recommended I reach out to Kie Cottam for more information on the status of a new DRC and to change the administrative contact information for the water system. I called and spoke with Kie on 2-26-25 and he said that they were working on finalizing a contract for a new DRC and to change the administrative contact we have for the system to him with his cell number as the contact number (503-843-2220). The mailing address remained unchanged. I emailed Kie on 2-26-25 a link to the change of DRC form which is required to be submitted to our office within 30 days of any change of DRC operator. As per Kie's request, I reviewed the sampling and reporting history and provided him with a list of the current status for fee payments, ASR reporting, and sampling. Follow up needed: Kei to submit the change of DRC form within 30 days. |
