| Details: | I had a virtual meeting with Josh and two STA staff to discuss the recent violation for not reporting a routine coliform sample in the first month of 2025. The system is on a monthly sampling schedule due to missed routine samples. We reviewed SDWIS data and schedules. Josh reported that he completed his small water system operators course and submitted the documentation to DWP operator certification section. I am following up with the certification staff to verify the information was received. |
