| Details: | I contacted Chris to inquire about the 2 excursions. It appears he dropped below the minimum alkalinity level in January. I reminded Chris to record every day once he drops below the minimum alkalinity or ph otherwise everyday not recorded will be an excursion. I am consulting with OHA DWP about next steps and will follow up with operator. 3/5/19 After consulting with OHA they recalculated the excursions t0 21, kicking the WS back to 6 month demonstration rounds and requiring a public notice. I called and spoke with Chris and explained the requirements. He is going to take a round of L&C now and then again later in the year. He will monitor pH and alkalinity at the EP and DIST during each round. I emailed him a copy of the public notice template. He is going to complete the notice, post it onsite and then send me a copy. | ||
