| Details: | Phone call with Chris regarding timeline of water system improvements since the system has been under a boil water notice since 2022. She gave me the contact info for their consultant, Jim Newton, with Cascade Geoengineering. Jim stated they have plans to get an accurate pump test within the next 2 months on a well, located on the property that was drilled in 2021 and never hooked up. They will also collect water quality samples. If the well is viable, they will disconnect the spring and connect the well into the distribution system by this summer as a short-term solution. Jim stated the current spring system needs to be reconstructed to exclude surface water and they are looking at summer of 2026 to begin construction to due to the time it will take to complete plans and find a contractor. | ||
