| Details: | Jason Wilson with Country Club Estates (01501) called phone duty today and thought that their 2024 VOC violation (ID#900001079) for EP-B was a mistake as they had taken the VOC sample on October 7, 2024. I checked their results and found that they did sample for all 21 analytes and reported the results to us on 10/18/24. I looked into it further and their schedule requires the VOC sample to be taken between July 1 and Sept 30th each year. I called Jason back to explain that and let him know that the violation would be returned to compliance with that October sample, but that he would need to report that violation in their CCR. He seemed to understand and would include the violation in their CCR. I emailed their OHA-DWS regulator, Kent Downs, the finding in case there was any other follow-up needed. | ||
