| Details: | Ann reported a TC+ and E-coli + routine monthly distribution sample. She was instructed to submit three repeat distribution samples and triggered source sample. I provide the boil water notice template in case it may be needed. I received a letter from OHA DWP electronically. I forwarded the letter by email to Ann. 3/6/24 Repeat sampling has returned TC+ and E-coli+ in the distribution system. The triggered source sample was absent for bacteria. A special sample taken before storage was negative. The operator believes the issue is isolated to the storage tank. They will be shock chlorinating, They plan to have a tank inspection to determine if it is compromised. A boil water advisory has been issued. It will remain in place until remediation takes place and testing confirms the issue is resolved. |
