| Details: | Sent an email to the water system operator regarding violations for failure to submit routine coliform samples, source assessment samples and nitrate samples that resulted in numerous violations being issued. Gave information on the required sampling schedules for each of these types of samples. Also questioned whether this facility was still operating year round or has changed to a seasonal operation.
