| Details: | Sent an email to operator of this system regarding the routine sample submitted on February 14th that tested positive for coliform. Request three distribution samples and one source samples be submitted today if it hasn't already be done. Request a follow up call from her as this system uses UV for disinfection. Speak with operator at 10:00 am. Repeat samples will be submitted today. Staff is currently assessing the disinfection system at this site. | ||
