| Details: | I called the operator and notified them of the TC+ from their last assessment sample. This system has UV disinfection, so this is essentially a non-alert, but I reminded the operator to check the sanitary seal of the well and other maintenance-related items that could have contributed to this result. I also reminded the operator that they need to collect a nitrate sample from the entry-point to the system during this calendar year, and that they have an outstanding violation because they did not collect a nitrate sample last year. I also reminded the operator that their system is due for a survey soon, and requested that they provide dates/times that would work for them to accommodate the survey. |
