Details: Westridge has been updating the state and county on the progress of their new well.

Michelle, Finally we got approval from Crook County to drill the well at the site proposed. It involved a legal decision that determined that our existing easement supported the ability to drill the new well and the present owner Quail Valley L.L.C. did not need to sign -off . I just got the county document today and will get it to Jim Newton who is developing the site plan review. I will encourage him to hurry as much as possible. We have an agreement with Abbas the drillers and we will alert them as to our process so we can get into their schedule. I believe we should be able to move forward finally. We know we can't drill until we get site plan approval from the state so we will press as hard as we can for speed on our end. Thanks, Wayne Looney
