| Details: | I called and spoke with Donna about the LCR and CCR violations. I followed up with the following email: Hi Donna, As I mentioned on the phone, the water system has violations for not reporting a round of lead and copper monitoring in 2024 and for not issuing the annual consumer confidence report. To resolve the lead and copper violation you will need to collect a round of lead and coper (5 samples) this year (between June and September) and report the results to OHA DWS no later than 10/10/25. I recommend collecting the round in June to resolve the violation as soon as possible.
