| Details: | The water system contact was called about scheduling the required 2025 water survey today. It was relayed to the water system that the water system survey needs to be scheduled with OHA. This phone call is a follow-up to the survey notification letter that was mailed to the water system in January of 2025. There was no response to the mailed survey notification letter.
