| Details: | The system had 2 LCR excursions for not meeting their minimum entry point pH level of 7.4 at EP-A in February 2025. As of now, the system does not have any other previous excursions during the 6-month monitoring period (January 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025). The system is allowed up to 9 excursions within a 6-month monitoring period, so no further action is needed at this time. However, DWS staff checked in with the system to ensure they were aware of the excursions. | ||
