| Details: | I contacted Phillip via email and sent him the following information: Hi Phillip, Scotts Mills now has a violation for not submitting a lead service line inventory. The violation that can be viewed online at: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/violsum.php?pwsno=00797 . Failure to submit an initial LCRR service line inventory is a 5 point violation and requires the system to issue a public notice (see attached template).
