| Details: | 2/12/26: no contact with Chad since I left a voice mail on January 7, 26. 1/7/26: called and left Chad a voice mail offering to help him complete the service line inventory. 8/25: emailed Chad for an update, offered assistance 7/10: operator returned call, and we clarified some of the inventory requirements. He will continue to complete the inventory. 7/9: left a voice mail for operator. Received a partial inventory. Phoned and emailed operator on 2/27, 3/17, 4/28 (email only) and have not heard back. Informed operator about the missing inventory, enforcement and the violation which requires a tier 2 public notice. Also let him know I can assist him with the inventory. 5/28: emailed operator again, same information and offering assistance, no response from the 4/28 email. | ||
