| Details: | I left a voicemail and sent an email to the operator notifying them of the ALERT/total coliform positive. I left instructions to collect three repeat samples from the distribution and one triggered sample from the source. I also wrote in the email for the operator to look for possible causes of the total-coliform positive. |
