| Details: | Routine sodium 2/2/2025 result of 237. AL is 20. System has had slightly elevated sodium for several years. This result however, is about 10 times what previous detections were? Will check with lab. Emailed Randi and reminded to put a statement in the next CCR regarding sodium for those on low sodium diets. | ||
