| Details: | Left a voicemail for the operator notifying them of the positive coliform result from their last assessment sample. This system has U.V. treatment installed as well as chlorination, so there is not currently a public health risk. I still recommended that the operator check the well-head for any possible maintenance issues or sources of contamination. The operator is not required to take further action at this time. | ||
