| Details: | Left a voicemail for the operator notifying them of the recent Nitrate result over 1/2 the MCL. At this time the system is not required to take additional samples or take corrective actions; they will simply continue to test for Nitrate annually. I did recommend that the operator inspect their well and plumbing system for any obvious maintenance issues or potential sources of contamination. |
