| Details: | System accrued 11 points in January 2025 for non or late reporting chlorine compliance records. Last one received was August 2024. Called and emailed owners and discussed status and to begin submitting monthly chlorine record along with monthly coliform results. Failure to return to compliance may result in enforcement action. I will monitor this system and ensure they start submitting compliance records and coliform results by June 1, 2025. If not in compliance, I will place them on a compliance schedule and coordinate with DWS enforcement coordinator. This system supplies a remote resort on Elk Lake and is often not open or inaccessible making it difficult to take samples and/or read chlorine residuals. |
