| Details: | Called Bob regarding a complaint received from a water system customer that lives on Oakland Loop and has been having ongoing issues with water clarity (described as dirt in the water) and a sulfur smell. The water system has been doing monthly flushing but this has not helped with complainants water quality. Complainant recently replaced their water heater thinking that was the problem but the water clarity/odor issues persist with the new heater. Bob said he will be visiting the park next week (3/25) and will arrange to meet with complainant to assess the issue and work on possible solutions and or recommendations to resolve the issue. I explained to the complainant that the water system is in compliance with all required monitoring and there are no current violations. | ||
