| Details: | I left a voicemail and email message for the operator regarding the TC+ repeat sample. This TC+ has triggered another Level 2 investigation; I requested the operator call or email me back to discuss any suspected causes for the TC+ or changes to the system. As this is the third coliform-related investigation in the last 12 months, the system is also required to maintain a disinfectant residual in the distribution system. I forwarded the letter from the State explaining requirements via email, and recommended that the operator go through the plan-review process before installing any modifications to the system. | ||
