| Details: | The system has not submitted coliform tests for the past several months, and they have significant deficiencies from a survey conducted in 2020. I called and left a message letting the operator know that we need to correct those defiecies as well as get samples in as soon as possible, and he also needs to post a tier 2 public notice. I followed up with an email with the public notice, as well as templates for him to complete all of the missing documentation to correct the deficiencies. | ||
