| Details: | Corresponded with the operator regarding recent Level 1 alert and he sent in the inspection form. The triggered sample deadline after the + coliform result 03-07-25 was 3-18-25 but th3 3-17-25 sample was not recieved until 3-19-25 so I can have that level 1 alert removed. Also samples are clean now after their recent disinfection after they had some improvements to meet the plan review requirements. I also verified that they have 3 routine distribution samples to do in the April 2025 and then they start their new schedule of quarterly coliform testing after July 1st. |
