Details: | On 3/5/25, we wrote: "...Yesterday, 3/4/25, we passed the 120-day deadline to resolve outstanding concerns (Deficiencies) noted during the 10/30/24 water system survey (see attached letter & forms). By yesterday, 'Aldridge Ditch CO WS' was to have completed corrections, or have been following an approved corrective action plan. Towards that end, on 2/20/25, you let us know, via email, that the ‘Enabling Ordinance’ “…should be in place by the first of March…” Please provide us with an update on the ‘Enabling Ordinance’ adoption project (now that we have passed the deadline). Additionally, the attached report detailed that “…approvable ‘Consumer Confidence Reports’ (CCR) have not been received by the Oregon Health Authority for several years…” (page 3)..." I tried to use the same format that the City of Hood River uses, but they were not satisfied. Having no communications as to what is accepted or anticipated or required leaves me no choice but to either ignore it or file the same type as the past several years, only to have it rejected. Letting my consumer know the test results, even when there are problems has been the rule. But - communications with OHA and others is lacking. As I will be out of the area for a week or so, I cannot respond to requests in a timely fashion..." |
