| Details: | A final determination was made regarding correcting outstanding deficiencies from the 8/30/18 water system survey. Three of four issues appear to have been resolved. A remaining issue is not a ‘Priority deficiency’(OAR 333-061-0043(1)(a)). A letter was sent to the operator discussing these determinations (both via email and regular mail). Copies of our correspondence have been shared with the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program. They will make the final determination regarding enforcement of the outstanding regulatory issue. Our correspondence with 'Aldridge Ditch CO WS’ public water system may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office. | ||
