| Details: | It was discovered that this purchasing community system does not meter or bill directly for water and therefore does not qualify as a PWS per 333-061-0010.. Many meetings with the HOA and OHA staff were held to determine if this system should be classified as a PWS or not. It was determined that it does not and OHA has no regulatory authority over this system which purchases water from the city of Redmond. It will be considered a connection on the City system until further notice. City of Redmond is requiring a RP backflow preventer be installed at the master meter intertie since there are two irrigation ponds on the property that feed the irrigation systems through pumps. Date of deactivation was March 1, 2025. | ||
