Details: | I left a voicemail for the property owner using contact information provided by one of the current tenants of the property (a food truck called Tacos El Paiso). The contact information listed on Data online for PAUL CUTLER did not work; the number is inoperable at this time. In the voicemail I notified the operator that their last total coliform sample was positive, and that they needed to perform the following: 1) Take a repeat sample from the site of the coliform positive 2) Take a triggered sample from the well. 3) The system will now be on a quarterly coliform testing schedule. I left my cell number if the operator had any questions. Update: The current owner of the property (Jeff Herqs, 541-670-6525) responded to the voicemail and clarified that the lot on the West side where the "Fuel & Go" gas station is located is now a separate system. The owner also clarified that the East side they still operate is under a new owner group called "Umpqua Property Service." The last two years of water quality testing have been from a new well installed 2-3 or so years ago on the West Side. The East side of the lot run by Umpqua Property Service is supposedly the original system. The property-owner provided contact information for the "Fuel & Go" owner. The "Fuel & Go" owner is Brad Welt, contact is 541-942-2631. Even though the "Fuel & Go" system is technically not registered as a public water system, I recommended that they take repeat/triggered samples and investigate the water system for possible issues. |
