| Details: | Visited with Ebony to let her know that nitrate sample was not taken in 2024 and is due for 2025. In addition I reminded her that total coliform/E.coli samples are required monthly. Ebony agreed to take a monthly distribution sample for coliform/E.coli and a nitrate sample in April. | ||
