| Details: | I sent Boletta an email with the following message: Hi Boletta, I see that Jefferson Mobile Acres had a violation for not submitting the initial lead service line inventory on time (due 10/15/24). The inventory has since been submitted and was received at OHA DWS on 3/18/25. The violation has been resolved but the water system is still required to provide a public notice due to the late reporting. I reached out to OHA to confirm the notice was still required and they said it was, but you can put a statement on the notice informing customers that the inventory has been submitted and there are no lead service lines. The notice is due by 4/19/25. I have attached the required public notice template for you to use. Please send a copy of the completed notice once it has been issued to dwp.dmce@odhsoha.oregon.gov .
